Mr. Monirul Haque previously involved in Country Vision as a Senior Volunteer. He achieved Graduate Degree on Media and Mass Communication from University of Dhaka and he obtained EMBA Degree on Entrepreneurship Development and Management from IBA under University of Dhaka and responsible for Follow up, Supervision and Monitoring of Business and Entrepreneurship Development Program and also Media and Mass Communication Activities in Country Vision. He received Training on Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation; TOT, Communication Methods and training on Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) as a Method of Planning and Implementation of Any Development Program. He has wide range of experience on Project Supervision, Monitoring and Evaluation and close conduction with local and foreign donors representative and GOB officials, Designing, Building Cost Structure, Proper Management and to Ensure its Fair Implementation, Formulating Strategic Information Communication Plan on IEC Campaign, Maintaining of all necessary project related paper records and documentation and to help the senior officials of Country Vision including head office and field level staffs/personals. He worked on Planning for Strategic Management, Personnel Management, Procedural Administration Preparation and Controlling of Annual Budget, Implementation of Planned Activities, Providing Guidelines to the Core Personnel Involved in Project, Analysis Staff Performance. He has possesses experience on Feasibility Study, Financial Analysis, Sub-Sector Analysis, Business Plan Preparation, Market Research, Socio-Economic Study, Baseline Survey, Situation Analysis, Impact Assessment, Advocacy and Social Mobilization Projects/Programs Activities. He has responsible for smooth implementation of any kinds of big assignments implemented by Country Vision.

Mr. Monirul Haque coordinate all activities among the employees and senior Management, Developed Innovative Media and Communication Materials and Tools Development IEC Campaign Need Assessment of Awareness, Prepared Action Plan on Business and Entrepreneurship Development Project Outputs, Developed IEC Campaign Strategy on Media and Mass Communication Related Project for Selected Prospective Beneficiaries and Stakeholders, Organized Interpersonal Communication Information Materials and Different Type of Awareness Campaign, Awareness Raising, Social Awareness and Other Projects/Programs Activities of all Selected Beneficiaries in Post Project Area. He has Outstretched Knowledge on Valuation of Assets and Liabilities, Share Valuation, Management Consultancy (Design and Implementation of MIS, Accounting System Design including preparation of corporate accounting manual, Preparation of Financial Rules and Audit Manual, Design Organogram with Detailed Job Descriptions, Design of Flow Chart of Any Kind), Preparation of Accounts, Costing, Pricing, Taxation including VAT, Physical Verification and Preparation of Inventory and Inspection and Investigation of all Financial Matters. He conducted Need Assessment Study of Local Mass Media Agencies for Achieving of the Goals of Project, Action Plan, Ensure Involvement of Community Leaders, Local GOB Stakeholders and Local and Foreign Donors Representative and NGOs Project Personals for Smooth Operation of the Integrated Program Activities. He has widespread Knowledge on Financial Supervision of the Head, Regional and Branch Offices, Fund Flow, Managerial Accounts and Handling Administrative Matters, Monitor Implementation of Capacity Development Plans, Financial Policy, Budget Planning and Preparation, Management Consultancy, Preparation of Accounts, Costing, Pricing, Taxation including VAT, Physical Verification and Preparation of Inventory and Inspection and Investigation of All Financial Matters, Communication and Coordination with Business and Entrepreneurship Development and Mass Media including Project Follow-up, Supervision and Monitoring Work.
