MS. NIBEDITA SENGUPTA

Ms. Nibedita Sengupta previously involved in Country Vision as a Senior Volunteer. She obtained MSS Degree in Sociology from Chittagong University, Chittagong, Bangladesh. She is very dedicated, skilled and sincere. She achieved proactively managed important and time-sensitive tasks and to established efficient and effective of operation in Women Empowerment and Development, Gender Equality, Education and also Employment Assistance Program. She is responsible for smooth implementation of any kinds of big assignments on all kinds of Planning, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Activities Implemented by Country Vision. She has wide range experience on project proposal preparation, planning, design, costing and implementation of socioeconomic study and comprehensive baseline survey activities through PRA methods, specially for Women Empowerment Projects/Programs. She is Responsible for various activities provided in the project i.e. Collect and Compile Women Empowerment, Gender Equality and Socio Economic Data from the Community. She also mobilized and manage the Country Vision youth volunteers and the community volunteers in Rural the Communities and Vulnerable Communities in Bangladesh. She has possess experience on Development Based Programs like Women Empowerment and Development, Gender Equality, Human Resource Development and Management, Education, Employment Assistance, Planning and Execution of Training, Meeting, Workshop, Seminar and Symposium.

Ms. Sengupta received training on Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Contraceptive Technology, Planning, Designing, Costing, Evaluation, Monitoring, Supervision, Environmental Monitoring and Comprehensive Baseline, Course for Mid-Level Managers of NGO’s, Business Administration and Management, Participated Approach for Women Empowerment and Development, Gender Equality, Education, Employment Assistance, Project Management and Implementing, Training Activities, Advocacy Campaign and Research, Operational/Policy Guidelines, Leadership Development, Training Organization and Conduction, Technical Training, Monitoring, Supervision and Evaluation Activities of the Project. She has outstretched knowledge on Gender equality and women’s empowerment, baseline survey, education, employment assistance, human rights and good governance, food, health and nutrition, social awareness, community based health training on food, health and nutrition education, housing referrals, conducted researches and support services. She has extensive experience on assistance in family reunification, assistance in prevention of women and child trafficking, Education and vocational training, Information providing, Psycho-social, health and professional counseling, Skill acquisition and small loans for income generating purposes. She has enormous knowledge on assertiveness, awareness rising on dissimilarity and inequality, body language, communication, decision making, gender and gender roles, leadership, life of the trafficked girls and consequence of trafficking, migration trafficking and smuggling, mathematical study, negotiation and refusal skills, personal financial management, self esteem, statistical, trafficking tricks, bondage, rituals and routes, values and value clarification, vision and goal setting and research work. She has vast experience on plan, design and collect and socio economic and other related data and using the data from study and research. She worked on baseline survey, strategic support to implement the program, backup and technical support to the program personnel, surveillance in women empowerment and development, gender equality, education, employment assistance, support services and eliminating antithesis, contradiction, dissatisfaction, discrimination towards the women and its implementation including socioeconomic and inventory survey activity and find the root causes of malnutrition and remedy of its. She coordinate Report Preparation, Impart Training and Implementation, Monitoring, Follow-up, Supervision and Evaluation of the over all project activities and prepare various types of progress report on Women Empowerment and Development, Gender Equality, Employment Assistance, Rights of Women and Children, Human Rights and Good Governance, Legal Rights, Education, Health, Social Welfare, Social Awareness and submission to the concerned authority.
