MS. DILRUBA AFROZE

Ms. Dilruba Afroze involved in Country Vision as a Senior Volunteer. She obtained a degree on MSS in the field of Social Science from University of Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh. She achieved proactively managed important and time-sensitive tasks and to established efficient and effective of operation in Human Rights and Good Governance Education Program. She is very dedicated, skilled and sincere. She also mobilized and manage the Country Vision youth volunteers and the community volunteers in Rural the Communities and Vulnerable Communities in Bangladesh. She is responsible for smooth implementation of any kinds of big assignments on all kinds of Planning, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Activities Implemented by Country Vision. She has possess experience on Development Based Programs like Human Rights and Good Governance, Women and Children Rights, Social Awereness, Social Protection, Women Empowerment, Gender Equality, Human Resource Development and Management, Ligal Rights, Education, Socioeconomic Study, Advocacy Campaign and Research, Planning and Execution of Training, Meeting, Workshop, Seminar and Symposium. She has enormous knowledge on accountability, consensus, equity and inclusiveness, effectiveness and efficiency, respect for others, freedom, participation, rule of Law, responsiveness, non-discrimination, tolerance, justice, responsibility, human dignity and equality to improved the delicate situation of Human Rights and Good Governance. She has vast knowledge on right to education and the enjoyment of benefits of cultural freedom and scientific progressment of Human Rights and Good Governance Program Activities. She has outstretched knowledge on project proposal preparation, forecast and planning, design, costing and implementation of socioeconomic study and comprehensive baseline survey activities through PRA methods, specially for Human Rights and Good Governance Programs. She worked for helping to develop and monitor the independence of the judiciary, women’s human rights and the elimination of violence against women, including through assisting the effective implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women. She has extensive experience on greater awareness of the links between human rights, gender and HIV/AIDS in order to strengthen responses to the pandemic and extending support in respect of prison and detention centre monitoring. She is able to increasing knowledge of Multicultural Community, Civil Society Organizations and Upazilla Nirbahi Officer, Local Community Leaders, Stakeholders, Local Government Body and Administration, Local NGOs, PBOs, CBOs and UN Partners in thepractical application of Human Rights instruments to advance public health, particularly female child and adolescent health and reproductive health. She has possess experience on assistance in family reunification, assistance in prevention of Human Rights and Good Governance, Women and Child Trafficking, Education and Vocational Training, Information Providing, Psycho-Social, Health and Professional Counseling and Skill Acquisition. She is capable to Monitor Social Awareness, Social Protection and an Adequate Standard of Living and to the Highest Attainable Standards of Physical and Mental Well-being.

Ms. Afroze received training on Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Women and Children Rights, Social Awereness, Social Protection, Human Rights and Good Governance, Women Empowerment, Gender Equality, Human Resource Development and Management, Ligal Rights, Education, Socioeconomic Study, Advocacy Campaign and Research, Contraceptive Technology, Planning, Designing, Costing, Evaluation, Monitoring, Supervision, Environmental Monitoring and Comprehensive Baseline, Course for Mid-Level Managers of NGO’s, Business Administration and Management. She has organized to Participated Approach for Human Rights and Good Governance, Women Empowerment and Development, Gender Equality, Education, Employment Assistance, Project Management and Implementing, Training Activities, Advocacy Campaign and Research, Operational/Policy Guidelines, Leadership Development, Training Organization and Conduction, Technical Training, Monitoring, Supervision and Evaluation Activities of the Project. She coordinate Report Preparation, Impart Training and Implementation, Monitoring, Follow-up, Supervision and Evaluation of the over all project activities and prepare various types of progress report on Human Rights and Good Governance, Legal Aids, Rights of Women and Children, Women Empowerment and Development, Gender Equality, Employment Assistance, Education, Health, Social Awareness, Social Welfare and submission to the concerned authority.

 

Ms. Dilruba Afroze achieved Membership from Asiatic society of Bangladesh, Action Research Institute (ARI), Bangladesh Social Science Association (BSSA), Community Development Initiatives (CDI), Savar Social Welfare Association, Sociological Association of Bangladesh, the Lions Club and the Population Association of Bangladesh, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
