Ms. Lina Jambil previously involved in Country Vision as a Senior Volunteer. She obtained MA Degree in East West University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. She is responsible for smooth implementation of any kinds of big assignments on all kinds of Planning, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Activities Implemented by Country Vision. She is very dedicated, skilled and sincere. She achieved proactively managed important and time-sensitive tasks and to established efficient and effective of operation in Education. She has well experience on Formation of Community Groups and its Management, Community Based rural development and its application and Community participation in Development Activities and Book/Record keeping on Credit Disbursement. She also mobilized and manage the Country Vision youth volunteers and the community volunteers in Rural the Communities and Vulnerable Communities in Bangladesh.

Ms. Jambil received training on Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Participated Approach for Education Program, Project Management and Implementing, Training Activities, Advocacy Campaign and Research, Operational/Policy Guidelines, Leadership Development, IGA, Training Organization and Conduction, Technical Training, Monitoring, Supervision and Evaluation Activities of the Project. She conducting training courses and impart training as a resource person. She has extensive experience on Community Development, Health Hygiene and Nutrition and Income Generating Activities. She is also responsible for assisting the Project Officer in planning and implementation the project activities of SHAHAR Project. She has extensive experience on Development Based Programs like Human Resource Development and Management, Planning and Execution of Training, Meeting, Workshop, Seminar and Symposium. She has outstretched knowledge on Agricultural Technologies programs, Human Rights, Good Governance, Education, Social Welfare, Marketing, Business Entrepreneurship Development etc.

She has possess experience on excellent communication skills and strong coordination and conduction with Multicultural Community and Upazilla Nirbahi Officer, Local Community Leaders, Stakeholders, Local Government Body and Administration, Local NGOs , PBOs and CBOs for maintaining of all necessary project related paper records and documentation and to help the senior officials of Country Vision. She has wide range of experience on Basic Education Program from Preparatory to Secondary Level, Job Creation and Attachment and to look after overall Management, Supervision, Communication/Liaison and Networking with other relevant agencies such as GOB, Local and Foreign Donor agencies, Maintenance of Organizational Officer/Staff. She coordinate Monitoring, Follow-up, Supervision and Evaluation of the over all project activities and prepare various types of progress report on Agricultural Technologies programs, Human Rights and Good Governance, Education, Health, Social Welfare, Marketing and Business Entrepreneurship Development activities and submission to the concerned authority.
